Redwood Shores
BRIDGE worked with the City of Vallejo to develop this four-acre site for extremely low-income families with at least one household member 62 or older. The development provides 120 apartments in a scenic location overlooking San Pablo Bay. BRIDGE worked closely with state and federal agencies to ensure that no nearby habitats or wetlands were disturbed. Redwood Shores also includes an extension of the city’s scenic walking trails.
